Gordon Gordon & Centracchio Represents Plaintiff Injured on Boat Slide

As reported in the Cook County Record last month, Richard Gordon and Robert Albrecht of Gordon Gordon & Centracchio recently filed a complaint against Island Party Boat LLC and Pontoon Management LLC. The complaint was filed in Cook County Circuit Court and alleges that the defendants did not take sufficient measures to ensure their boat was reasonably safe, resulting in the plaintiff shattering her arm on a railing while sliding down the boat’s slide.
