Biography

Francesca Centracchio represents injured workers throughout Illinois, helping them secure the benefits they deserve when workplace injuries disrupt their health, employment, and financial stability.

Francesca was admitted to the Illinois Bar in 2023 after earning her J.D. from Chicago-Kent College of Law. During law school, she distinguished herself through active participation in moot court, sharpening her advocacy and appellate-argument skills. She also served as an Editor for the Chicago-Kent Journal of Environmental and Energy Law, gaining strong legal-research, writing, and analysis experience.

Prior to joining our firm, Francesca worked as an attorney at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), where she developed valuable insight into regulatory frameworks and governmental processes. She holds a B.A. in Political Science from Villanova University (2017). 

At Gordon Gordon & Centracchio, Francesca brings together her regulatory background, courtroom-ready advocacy skills, and client-focused approach to provide clear guidance and strong representation in workers’ compensation matters.
